I called New Beginnings Construction for a roof quote and a time was conveniently arranged to accommodate my work schedule. Toby, the roofing specialist, arrived as scheduled, presented himself as professional, very knowledgeable, and well skilled. We discussed what needed to be done, how long it would take, and color options for the shingles. Being undecided with the numerous color options, I leaned on his expertise for a recommendation and he suggested the perfect color to enhance the esthetics of my home! In talking with Toby I was impressed with him and how well he represented his company, and I had no doubt I would be receiving quality work. That day an approximate verbal quote was provided, and upon getting back to the office promptly prepared a written quote. The decision to proceed with this company was an easy one. Toby and his crew arrived as scheduled to start the job. They worked hard and late into the evening - never once were they an inconvenience, but always professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and did an amazing cleanup job. The only thing they left behind was a very impressive roof and an extremely satisfied customer. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. A roof is a major investment, so finding an honest company who is committed to quality and customer satisfaction is imperative.
